Details

Jordan brings a strong background in support care, with hands-on experience working with vulnerable adults with learning disabilities. His work has involved delivering personalised support plans, promoting independence, and safeguarding the well-being of service users in both residential and community-based settings.

Through dedication and consistent high performance, Jordan has successfully progressed through in-house training, advancing from a support worker role to Senior Carer and now serving as a Field Supervisor. In these leadership positions, he has developed key competencies in mentoring junior staff, coordinating care visits, conducting spot checks, and ensuring that care delivery meets regulatory standards and individual needs.

Jordan is particularly skilled in managing complex behaviours, supporting clients with autism and challenging needs, and ensuring clear communication with families and multidisciplinary teams. His proactive approach, combined with a calm and supportive manner, makes him a trusted team leader and a valued point of contact for both staff and service users.

With a strong commitment to quality care and continuous development, Jordan plays a crucial role in maintaining service excellence and supporting the wider team in delivering safe, compassionate, and person-centred care.
