Our deputy manager brings a strong foundation in health and social care, having completed a Level 2 qualification and currently progressing through Level 3 Health and Social Care, with the aim of advancing to managerial level. Her academic background includes a BA (Hons) in Law, which contributes to her excellent understanding of regulatory frameworks, safeguarding, and compliance – all of which are vital in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

She has an extensive background in domiciliary care, supporting individuals with a wide range of needs, including elderly clients, those with dementia, physical disabilities, and individuals requiring palliative care. Her approach is compassionate, professional, and focused on promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Currently, she is also undertaking training towards a leadership role, developing key skills in team supervision, care planning, risk assessment, and quality assurance. Her commitment to continuous professional development and high standards of care makes her a valuable asset to any home care team.
