Naheed is a driven and passionate Care Director and Registered Manager of a domiciliary care company based in Lancashire, bringing a wealth of experience and clinical insight to the role. With a BSc (Hons) in Speech and Language Therapy and over 10 years of professional experience in care settings, Naheed combines academic excellence with compassionate, person-centred leadership.
Her career began in the Speech and Language profession, where she gained extensive expertise supporting both children and adults with learning difficulties. Over time, her role evolved into care management, where she has consistently demonstrated the ability to lead teams, implement high-quality care plans, and navigate complex clinical and social care needs.
Naheed also brings 5 years of experience in the rehabilitation of stroke and brain injury patients, working closely with case management teams to deliver specialist care and recovery-focused interventions. Additionally, she has personal lived experience spanning 4 years with subarachnoid haemorrhage and brain injury, which has deepened her empathy and understanding of neurorehabilitation and long-term recovery journeys.
She holds a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management and has worked in care case management for 7 years, collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure that service users receive holistic, tailored support. Naheed is also an active committee member of Headway, the UK’s leading brain injury charity, where she contributes to advocacy, community outreach, and service development.
